Ingredients:
- Fresh 0r Frozen Green peas: 1 Cup.
- Cauliflower : 1 Large
- Onion medium sized : 2
- Tomato medium sized : 1
- Tomato paste : 2 tbsp
- Garlic chopped : 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves : Few
- Red chilli : 1
- Fennel seeds : 1 tsp
- Red chili powder : 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder : 1/2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder : 1/4 tsp
- Oil : 3 tbsp
- Salt : to taste.
- Coriander leaves : FewCut the cauliflower in to florets.Pour hot water in to the florets in a large vessel and close the lid for 10 minutes.After 10 minutes drain the excess water.Heat the oil in the pan and add red chilli and fennel seed.
Add garlic and fry till the raw smell goes.Add the curry leaves, onions and fry till the colour changes.Add tomatoes and fry for 1 minute.
Add tomato paste and cook till oil separates.Add green peas and fry for 1 minute.
Add cauliflower florets and mix well.
Add salt,turmeric powder,chilli powder,coriander powder and mix well.
Add 1/2 cup water.Close the lid and cook for 2 minutes.After two minutes,turnoff the flame.Finally,garnish with coriander leaves.
